Progressive Leasing is hiring a Senior Product Manager to grow our digital products for post-approval experiences. You will collaborate with design, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions using data-driven insights.

Remote work is available across the continental US, with options to work from Utah or Arizona corporate locations. We seek a strong communicator who can move from strategy to detailed execution in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technical product manager for consumer digital experiences.
• Ability to use data to inform product decisions and solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to align design, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap by collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify business problems and validate solutions through research.
• Define use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria for product functionality.
• Establish iterative release schedules with dependent teams to deliver value on time.
• Test, measure, and iterate on product experiences to reduce friction and improve metrics.
• Communicate timelines, blockers, and results clearly to stakeholders.
• Analyze the performance of product features and adjust strategy accordingly.
