Job summary
Lennar is seeking a Staff Product Manager of Legal Technology to own the strategy and execution of key platforms, including CLM on ServiceNow Pro, LSD, and Legal Tracker. You will partner with Legal, IT, and vendors to deliver a scalable technology roadmap and AI-enabled capabilities for legal operations.
The role requires senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record in delivering enterprise-scale legal technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Multi-platform product ownership in legal/enterprise tech.
- Experience with CLM implementations and legal workflows.
- Ability to partner with Legal, IT, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Define a multi-year roadmap for Legal Technology platforms.
- Establish prioritization frameworks and OKRs with stakeholders.
- Own delivery of CLM, LSD, and Legal Tracker systems.
- Define enterprise integration strategy with Salesforce and ServiceNow.
- Shape long-range tech strategy including build-vs-buy decisions.
- Scale AI capabilities for contract review and classification.
- Lead vendor management and executive reporting.
