Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Data Analyst in Enterprise AML Advisory to lead data analytics efforts, build dashboards, and drive strategic decisions. You will work with large data sets, develop KPIs/KRIs, and collaborate across AML and other business units in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You will present data-driven recommendations to leadership, influence risk management, and help grow the brand in new markets while leveraging advanced analytics and BI skills in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative field with 4+ years of data analytics experience (Master’s with 4+ years)
• At least 4 years of professional data analysis work
• At least 4 years of programming experience

Responsibilities

• Drive current and future strategy by leveraging analytical skills
• Build and maintain dashboards for regulatory reporting
• Develop KPIs and KRIs to show KYC program health
• Collaborate across business units and partner with AML groups
• Analyze compliance metrics and identify AML risks from data
• Work with large, complex databases containing massive records
