Job summary

Trulioo seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the KYC Fraud & Risk product line, owning end-to-end lifecycle from strategy to launch. You will work at the intersection of identity verification, ML, and regulatory compliance to help global enterprises onboard customers and detect fraud at scale.

The role emphasizes collaboration with ML/Data Science teams, cross-functional squads, and a hybrid work model (3 days in office).

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with a focus on KYC, identity or fraud/risk.
• Deep domain in KYC fraud including synthetic identity, document fraud, and onboarding risk.
• Hands-on experience with ML/Data Science teams and translating model insights into features.
• Proven end-to-end product roadmap ownership in agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure ambiguous problems into deliverables.
• Excellent communication for diverse audiences, including executives and clients.
• Experience with third-party data providers such as credit bureaus or identity data networks.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the multi-quarter product roadmap for KYC fraud and risk solutions.
• Define product vision aligned with platform strategy and communicate Roadmap.
• Conduct market evaluations to guide build, partner, or buy decisions with rationale.
• Identify whitespace opportunities in consumer identity fraud and risk decisioning.
