Fieldpiece in Orange, CA is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead connected solutions and customer insights across hardware, firmware, and software. You will own roadmaps, partner with engineering, and guide products from concept through commercialization.

This role blends deep technical know‑how with business strategy, shaping the Fieldpiece connected ecosystem and driving successful product launches with field engagement and VOC insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years upstream product management or related roles in a new-product environment.
• Strong technical background with connected hardware, firmware, and software.
• Experience partnering with engineering across the product lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to translate VOC and market research into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy for hardware, firmware, and connected software.
• Identify market opportunities through VOC research, field engagement, and competitive analysis.
• Define product requirements, priorities, and roadmaps with engineering.
• Build business cases to guide product investments.
• Lead products from concept through commercialization.
