Job summary

Indeed is seeking a Senior Product leader to own the strategy and execution for the Interview Platform, coordinating with engineering, design, data science, and cross-functional teams. You will shape APIs, data models, and event-driven systems impacting millions of employers and job seekers.

You will drive alignment on complex initiatives, manage a multi-client platform with competing priorities, and ensure interview workflows run reliably and compliantly at scale.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree with 12–14+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with data analytics, A/B testing, and UX tools (Figma).
• Experience with APIs, data models, and event-driven systems.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to present to stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategy and roadmap for one or more product areas, including intake, backlog, business case, and user stories.
• Prioritize initiatives and maintain clarity on what work is most important.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Work closely with capability owners and development teams to maintain a healthy backlog.
• Use data to guide decisions and measure impact.
• Summarize and present complex information, issues, processes, and options clearly to leadership, team members, and other groups.
