Job summary

Indeedians is seeking an experienced full-stack software engineer to design, build, and launch improvements to the company’s interview scheduling applications on the platform.

You’ll influence technical and product direction for explorations and help evolve the front-end stack to better solve customer problems, collaborating with product managers, data partners, and engineers across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 5+ years experience; or Master's with 3+ years; or PhD without experience.
• Experience building or contributing to large-scale or distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core CS fundamentals.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability for delivered work.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and ability to solve complex technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain features and services that support core business workflows.
• Contribute to evolving existing systems and prototype new capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions to maintain quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Identify performance and scalability improvements and enhance existing code.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to teammates.
• Communicate technical ideas clearly within the team.
