Qualificações

• 5+ years in product management, with focus on integrations or platform products.
• Proven track record delivering integrations with measurable customer value.
• Strong understanding of APIs, authentication, and data connectivity.
• Ability to prioritize using structured frameworks and make informed decisions.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, partnerships, marketing, and other product teams.
• Customer-centric mindset translating feedback into actionable requirements and business impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to explore AI capabilities responsibly to improve product outcomes.
• Comfort operating in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the integrations strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to manage backlogs and delivery timelines.
• Oversee development across multiple integration categories (HRIS, identity, cloud, security, ticketing).
• Partner with partnerships to identify and activate technology collaborators.
• Maintain and optimize existing integrations for reliability and relevance.
• Translate customer insights into requirements and prioritize accordingly.
• Improve adoption and discoverability through product messaging and enablement.
• Monitor metrics on coverage, functionality, data access, and outcomes.
