AffirmedRx is seeking a seasoned Product Owner/Partnership Manager to connect client needs with high-value product and vendor solutions, strengthening client and member experiences. You will lead opportunities from discovery through due diligence, contracting, implementation handoff, launch, and performance management, bringing structure and transparency to the partnership lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in program coordination, vendor management, strategic partnerships, or product operations, preferably in healthcare/PBM/managed care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tailor messages to audience and manage complex discussions.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder processes with structured workflows and documentation.
• Willingness to travel (10–20%).

Responsabilités

• Translate client needs, market trends, and priorities into a clear pipeline of product and partnership opportunities.
• Identify high-value or time-sensitive opportunities and accelerate review.
• Serve as end-to-end Product Owner from ideation through optimization.
• Assess opportunities for strategic alignment, client relevance, and measurable impact.
• Engage client-facing teams to gather feedback and define outcomes and value.
