Job summary

Vanta is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Integrations to lead the roadmap and strategy for 400+ integrations across HRIS/IDP, cloud, security, and ticketing platforms. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and partnerships to plan, prioritize, and deliver impactful integration capabilities for our customers.

You will drive customer-centric prioritization, coordinate with marketing and field teams, and measure impact on compliance outcomes, data availability, and platform breadth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a product role around integrations.
• Experience owning an integration catalog or category is preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across product, design, and engineering.
• Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, and permissions.

Responsibilities

• Drive integrations roadmap and strategy based on inputs from product teams, customers, and the business environment.
• Prioritize backlog with engineering and design partners and decide on integration depth and sequencing.
• Collaborate with the partnership lead to activate partners and plan enhancements.
• Maintain and improve existing integrations and document customer feedback for prioritization.
• Convey the value of integrations through marketing and enablement efforts.
• Track metrics related to breadth, depth, and customer compliance.
