Job summary

Vanta is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Integrations to own the ongoing development of over 400 integrations that help customers monitor compliance and prove audit readiness. You will drive cross-functional roadmap, partner activations, and post-launch enhancements while balancing inputs from product teams and customers.

You’ll work within the Automation group, shaping how customers connect to platforms, powering product experiences, and enabling audit-ready workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a product role around integrations and ecosystem.
• Ability to prioritize and sequence integrations work across teams.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, and permissions.
• Willingness to explore AI to improve efficiency and impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive integrations roadmap and strategy based on inputs from product teams, customers, and business needs.
• Prioritize backlog, plan roadmap, and decide integration depth and sequencing with engineering/design.
• Collaborate with partnerships to activate partners before development and manage enhancements.
• Maintain and improve existing integrations.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and document feedback.
• Support marketing and enablement efforts for integrations and improve discoverability.
