Link Logistics Real Estate in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Product Manager for Integrated Services to define and execute the technology strategy and roadmap for centralized services that manage properties. You will partner with the Technology team and business stakeholders, translating needs into IT solutions and leading cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years technology experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Yardi, or similar applications a plus.
• 5 years managing customer success, technology operations, or SaaS platform delivery.
• Expertise in technology product management and roadmaps.
• Strong relationship management and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to concisely articulate problems and analyze solution alternatives.
• Outstanding communication skills and CRE tech knowledge a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product strategy and roadmap with business partners and vendors.
• Understand business partners' processes and operational needs.
• Engage stakeholders to prioritize and deliver on project requests.
• Define and manage OKRs and KPIs for the platform.
• Engage user communities in a continuous feedback loop.
• Develop business cases, user requirements, and project charters.
• Manage releases, resources, and change control.
• Define and manage data integrations with internal/external products.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit on IT controls.
