ICW Group, headquartered in San Diego, seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic direction for a portfolio of insurance product lines across channels and brands. You will shape product strategy, define roadmaps, and monitor performance to meet revenue targets.

Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, marketing, compliance, and operations to drive pricing, product changes, and market adaptation. A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in insurance product management are required; MBA or CPCU are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Computer Science, Math or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in insurance product management.
• Experience managing complex, large-scale product development projects preferred.
• Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ideates and develops business initiatives using product knowledge and results.
• Develops and drives strategic product development initiatives.
• Applies knowledge to identify priorities and execute strategic product initiatives.
• Monitors marketplace changes impacting effectiveness or compliance.
• Partners with Actuarial and Underwriting teams on pricing and program structure.
• Leads collaboration with departments to implement product strategies and drive alignment.
• Maintains knowledge of data sources and supports reporting and analyses.
