Job summary

ICW Group in San Diego is seeking an experienced Product Leader to guide a portfolio of insurance lines across distribution channels. You will define strategy, roadmap, and drive cross-functional execution with underwriting, actuarial, marketing, and operations.

You will partner with analytics and pricing teams to shape goals, monitor performance, and deliver competitive programs across states. This role requires 6+ years in insurance product management and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in insurance product management.
• MBA is a plus.
• Experience managing complex, large-scale product development projects.

Responsibilities

• Ideates and develops business initiatives using product knowledge.
• Leads cross-functional teams to develop product strategy and action plans.
• Analyzes profitability, retention, and growth strategies.
• Collaborates with underwriting, actuarial, marketing, and operations to implement product plans.
