Job summary

Quanata, LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the insurance platform product strategy, tackle policy lifecycle, integrations, data modeling, pricing and underwriting.

You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, and domain teams, guiding agile delivery and prioritizing work with data-driven decisions. This remote US role supports scalable, high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Proven experience partnering with engineering, design, and QA teams.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams and multi-stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, API/backend, or data platforms.
• Experience using AI to create repeatable workflows for decision support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working in a distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, and domain teams.
• Drive product discovery across ambiguous initiatives using qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Own Agile product delivery across Scrum and Kanban environments.
• Evaluate build-versus-buy options balancing product needs and timelines.
• Guide technical design discussions, consider performance, scalability, and security.
• Coordinate development timelines and deliverables across multiple roles.
• Use data to prioritize work and measure outcomes.
• Communicate product strategy and roadmap aligned with objectives.
