We are seeking a senior product leader to own the product vision, portfolio strategy, and roadmap across the organization for insurance/P&C products, partnering with executives to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of product management experience with deep Insurance/P&C expertise.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven capabilities and product development tradeoffs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision, portfolio strategy, and roadmap across the organization.
• Partner with executives and clients to align investments with business outcomes.
• Drive lifecycle excellence, governance, and portfolio decision frameworks.

About You:

• Salary range $550,000-650,000 with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
• Remote-first with home office stipend and up to $5,000 annual development.
