Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of relevant business experience in product roles.
• Experience in life or health insurance, including annuities, and related processes.
• Expertise in Agile product management, stakeholder management, research, tech mgmt, and process design.
• Understanding of iterative development and how dependencies affect planning.
• Ability to translate business strategy and customer needs into roadmaps and outcomes.
• Ability to coach practitioners and align stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and executive influence.
• Strong organizational skills; manage competing priorities across complex products.
• Understanding of emerging tech and its business applications.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmaps across Life, Health, and Annuity.
• Directly manage three product practitioners and foster high performance.
• Coach teams in discovery, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and measurement.
• Lead portfolio prioritization and investment trade-offs.
• Advance application fulfillment capabilities and end-to-end workflows.
• Establish product health metrics and KPIs to improve cycle time and productivity.
• Lead customer and user discovery with advisors and clients.
• Build cross-functional alignment across domains and teams.
• Manage product investment with budgeting and business cases.
