Job summary

NextEra Energy is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of AI-powered products within NextEra Analytics. You will define and deliver solutions that apply advanced analytics and AI to improve how work gets done across complex, large-scale operations.

You will partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering, and data science teams to understand user needs, prioritize high-value opportunities, and bring products from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience leading AI-powered or analytics-driven products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key products.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, and other teams to drive initiatives.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand needs and prioritize opportunities.
• Lead Agile processes and manage cross-functional teams to deliver on time.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success and inform improvements.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and risks.
