Job summary

NextEra Energy is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of AI-powered products within our NextEra Analytics organization. You will partner with business stakeholders, engineering, and data science to translate user needs into intuitive solutions.

The role oversees the full lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing improvement, collaborating with teams to scale products across large operational environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• Experience with AI-powered products or analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, and other teams to deliver initiatives from concept to production.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand needs and prioritize opportunities.
• Lead Agile processes and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and risks.
