Job summary

NextEra Energy is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and deliver AI-powered products within NextEra Analytics. You will partner with stakeholders, engineering, and data science to translate needs into intuitive, scalable solutions.

The role oversees the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, prioritizing opportunities and guiding products through ambiguity to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience with AI-powered products and analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with NextEra’s goals.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap linked to business priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing to drive initiatives and deliver solutions.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to capture needs and feedback.
• Lead Agile processes and manage cross-functional teams for timely deliveries.
• Define KPIs and track product success and continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and risks.
• Provide regular progress updates to leaders and stakeholders.
