Job summary

Expedia Group in Seattle seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the User Keychain, the identity graph powering personalization and measurement across brands. You will define the go-forward strategy and govern how authenticated and anonymous traveler data is resolved.

This role requires strong data-product experience, executive communication, and ability to partner with engineering, legal, and marketing to drive the roadmap and governance for identity resolution at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of product management experience building data products and identity graphs.
• Proven ownership of a go-forward product strategy and roadmap with executive sponsorship.
• Technical fluency in identity resolution concepts and matching.
• Track record building shared roadmaps across multiple functions.
• Experience evaluating third-party data or identity vendors.
• Comfort operating in a large, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-forward vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for User Keychain (identity graph).
• Evaluate build vs. buy vs. partner options and authentication shifts.
• Audit existing identity logic against best practices and close gaps.
• Serve as primary contact for User Keychain with executives and senior stakeholders.
• Partner with data engineering to shape schemas, matching logic, and latency targets.
• Build and manage shared roadmaps with brand, experience, Advertising, Marketing, Legal, and other PMs.
• Drive cross-functional buy-in and align demand with priority and resourcing.
• Identify and develop partnerships with third‑party identity providers and data sources.
• Define and track success metrics for identity resolution and reporting to leadership.
• Ensure legal, privacy, and governance requirements are embedded from the start.
