Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the User Keychain identity graph. Own the end-to-end strategy, define how identity is resolved across authenticated and anonymous users, and lead cross-functional collaborations spanning data engineering, Marketing, Advertising, Legal, and product teams.

You will set multi-year roadmaps, drive investment decisions, and communicate with executives while balancing privacy, governance, and platform performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of product management experience building data products and identity graphs.
• Ownership of a go-forward product strategy with executive sponsorship.
• Working technical fluency in identity resolution concepts (deterministic/probabilistic).
• Track record building shared roadmaps and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience evaluating third-party data or identity vendor partnerships.
• Comfort operating in a large, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-forward vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for User Keychain and identity resolution across authenticated/anonymous states.
• Evaluate identity resolution approaches (deterministic vs probabilistic) and define evolution path.
• Audit existing identity logic and related data products against best practices and drive roadmap.
• Serve as primary contact for executives, translating technical concepts into business terms.
• Collaborate with data engineering to shape schemas, matching logic, and latency targets.
• Build and manage cross-functional roadmaps with brands, experience, Advertising, Legal, and other PMs.
• Negotiate and align priorities, sequencing, and resources across groups.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage third-party identity/data partnerships with sponsors.
• Define and track success metrics (match rate, confidence, coverage) and report to leadership.
• Ensure consent, RTBF, cross-border data use, and vendor terms are embedded in design.
