Expedia Group seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Customer Data Platform: Identity & User Keychain. You will own the end-to-end identity graph strategy across authenticated and anonymous traveler states, partnering with engineering, marketing, legal, and product teams to define the roadmap and investment priorities.

This executive-facing role requires building consensus and delivering measurable identity improvements at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of product management experience, including data products/identity graphs.
• Strong ownership of go-forward strategy and executive sponsorship.
• Technical fluency in identity resolution concepts to influence engineering decisions.
• Experience building roadmaps across multiple functions and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-forward vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for User Keychain.
• Evaluate identity strategy across authenticated/anonymous states and device/browser contexts.
• Audit identity resolution logic against industry best practices and close gaps.
• Serve as primary point of contact for executives and translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Partner with data engineering to shape schemas, matching logic, and latency targets.
• Define dependencies and roadmaps with brand, advertising, legal, and other teams.
• Develop partnerships with third-party identity/data providers and assess build vs buy vs partner options.
• Track success metrics for identity resolution and report progress to leadership.
• Ensure privacy, consent, and governance requirements are embedded from the start.
