Job summary

dbt Labs is seeking a Senior Product Manager for enterprise and deployments to own the identity, access, and deployment layers of the dbt platform. You will shape authentication, authorization, SSO, RBAC, and PrivateLink decisions while collaborating with IAM and transport teams to align security with product strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in identity, access, security, or infrastructure.
• Direct experience with authentication and authorization (SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC).
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS deployment models.
• Strong technical foundation to reason about architecture with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for identity, access, and deployment across the dbt platform.
• Make enterprise security a competitive advantage (SSO, SCIM, RBAC, PrivateLink).
• Lead migration from single-tenant to multi-tenant deployments.
• Expand deployments to new geographies and cloud providers.
• Own the front door: login, sign-up, and account discovery.
• Give admins leverage over users, groups, invites, and permissions.
• Be the product voice in enterprise security reviews.
• Partner with infra and platform teams on telemetry and observability.
