Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Product Manager for enterprise identity, access, and deployment of the dbt platform. You will own auth primitives, admin surfaces, and deployment footprints across regions and cloud providers, enabling secure, scalable customer access.

You will partner with IAM, Transport, security, and compliance teams to drive roadmap decisions and ensure security reviews align with customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience focusing on identity, access management, security, or infrastructure.
• Experience with authentication and authorization — SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS deployment models and regional expansion.
• Strong technical foundation to discuss architecture with engineers.
• Proven ability to engage enterprise security and platform teams.
• Excellent written communication for security decisions and sales.
• Comfort working asynchronously on a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for identity, access, and deployment across the dbt platform.
• Lead security and access features like SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and PrivateLink.
• Manage migration from single-tenant to multi-tenant deployments.
• Decide geographies and cloud provider deployment strategy.
• Own login, sign-up, and account discovery flows.
• Enable self-serve enterprise administration for users and groups.
• Advocate in security reviews and translate roadmap into sales enablement.
• Collaborate with infra and platform teams on telemetry and observability.
