Job summary

dbt Labs merged with Fivetran to build the open data infrastructure layer that AI depends on. As Senior Product Manager for Enterprise and Deployments, you own the trust and access layer of the dbt platform—authentication, authorization, and deployment footprint across regions and clouds.

You’ll work with IAM and Transport teams, and partner with security, infra, and compliance to scale multi-tenant deployments, expand to new regions and clouds, and optimize sign‑in, provisioning, and admin

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in identity or security.
• Direct experience with authentication and authorization (SSO, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC).
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS deployments and regional expansions.
• Strong technical foundation to discuss architecture with engineers.
• Excellent written communication and experience with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for identity, access, and deployment across the dbt platform.
• Drive enterprise security outcomes beyond basic requirements (SSO, SCIM, RBAC, PrivateLink).
• Lead migration from single-tenant to multi-tenant deployments.
• Expand coverage to new regions and cloud providers.
• Oversee sign-in, provisioning, and admin experiences at scale.
• Collaborate with infra, security, compliance, and field teams.
