Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Product Manager for enterprise and deployments to own the trust and access layer of the dbt platform. You will shape authentication, authorization, and deployment scope across accounts, regions, and cloud providers, collaborating with security, compliance, and engineering teams.

You’ll lead provisioning at scale, drive improvements in login and sign-up flows, and ensure governance through RBAC, SCIM, and PrivateLink.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with focus on identity, access management, security, or infrastructure products.
• Direct experience with authentication and authorization — SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC, identity providers.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS deployment models — tenancy, isolation, regional expansion.
• Strong technical foundation to engage with engineering and design reviews.
• Experience presenting to enterprise security and platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for identity, access, and deployment across the dbt platform.
• Make enterprise security a differentiator by enabling SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and PrivateLink.
• Lead migration from single-tenant to multi-tenant deployment with minimal disruption.
• Decide deployment geographies and cloud provider parity for data residency and isolation.
• Own the login, signup, and account discovery experiences to drive value for large orgs.
• Enable self-serve enterprise admin controls for users and groups.
• Represent security priorities in reviews and translate them into roadmap.
• Collaborate on telemetry and observability to monitor the security layer.
