Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Enterprise and Deployments to own the trust and access layer of the dbt platform, including identity, auth primitives, and deployment footprint across regions and clouds.

You will work across IAM and Transport teams, partnering with security, infrastructure, and compliance to turn blockers into roadmap and expand enterprise capabilities for large customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with identity, access management, security, or infrastructure focus.
• Direct experience with authentication and authorization (SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC).
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS deployment models and tenancy migrations.
• Strong technical foundation to discuss architecture with engineers.
• Comfort presenting to enterprise security and platform teams; clear, concise communication.
• Ability to work asynchronously on a distributed team.
• Willingness to translate security blockers into roadmap items for sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for identity, access, and deployment across the dbt platform.
• Make enterprise security a competitive advantage, beyond table stakes features.
• Lead the migration from single-tenant to multi-tenant deployments over multiple quarters.
• Decide where to deploy next, balancing data residency and cloud parity.
• Own the front door: login, sign-up, and account discovery at scale.
• Give admins self-serve provisioning for users, groups, invites, and permissions.
• Be the product voice in enterprise security reviews with security/compliance teams.
• Partner with infra and platform teams on telemetry and observability for reliable operation.
