Job summary

Fivetran in New York is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Enterprise and Deployments to own the trust and access layer of the dbt platform — including authentication, authorization, and where the platform runs. You’ll collaborate with IAM and security teams to ensure scalable, secure access across regions.

This role focuses on enabling enterprise security, multi-tenant migrations, and deployments across clouds, while driving the login and onboarding experiences for large organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with focus on identity, access management, security, or infrastructure.
• Direct experience with authentication and authorization—SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC, identity providers.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS deployment models—tenancy, isolation, regional expansion, and migration paths.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for identity, access, and deployment across the dbt platform, from auth primitives to admin surfaces.
• Make enterprise security a differentiator by implementing SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and PrivateLink as core capabilities.
• Lead the migration from single-tenant to multi-tenant deployments across multiple quarters, including domain/subdomain changes.
• Decide where to deploy next across geographies and clouds, addressing data residency and regional isolation requirements.
• Own the login, sign-up, and account discovery experiences to enable large organizations to onboard thousands of users smoothly.
• Enable admins to manage users, groups, invites, and permissions at enterprise scale with a self-serve model.
