Job summary

Stripe in the United States (Hybrid/Remote) is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager for IAM to set the vision and drive the roadmap for access to Stripe accounts. You’ll partner with founders, admins, and developers to shape how principals—humans or agents—are authenticated and authorized.

You’ll push toward least-privilege, design for agents as a new principal, and collaborate across Dashboard, Security, Payments, and Money Movement to deliver secure, scalable access control at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a PM shipping platform or infrastructure products.
• Background in security, identity, auth, or developer platforms.
• Proven ability to talk to users to identify real problems and solutions.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on authorization design.
• Bias toward experimentation over big-bang launches.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and roadmap for access to Stripe accounts (principal, human, agent, app).
• Design the experience of granting access across signup, invites, API keys, and approvals.
• Define agent-specific authentication and least-privilege permissions.
• Lead cross-team collaboration across Dashboard, API Platform, Security, Payments and Money Movement.
• Advocate for secretless authentication and scalable access control.
