The ideal candidate has 7+ years in program/project management or related fields, with a strong background in semiconductor or high-tech industries and a degree in engineering/operations/business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program/project management, operations, engineering, or product management.
• Product-engineering experience is a plus.
• Experience driving cost reduction initiatives in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional capacity expansion and cost reduction initiatives across product design, manufacturing, test, packaging, sourcing, and operations
• Drive structured cost reduction programs from opportunity identification through implementation and savings realization
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Product Marketing
• Develop and maintain cost reduction roadmaps, priorities, schedules, and executive reporting dashboards
