Job summary

Amazon in Bellevue, WA seeks a Senior Product Manager-Technical for WW Ops Finance Standardization & Automation to lead vision, roadmap, and execution by partnering with Product Managers, Finance, Engineering, and TPMs.

You will own Hydra products in S&A space, drive data-driven strategy, and scale new technical capabilities to manage Amazon's data ecosystem while growing as a product leader amid ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Responsibilities

• Be the ultimate owner of the product vision, strategy and execution for your product area.
• Create and manage the roadmap, prioritization frameworks, entitlement and success metrics
• Recruit customers to be part of advisors, share roadmap with customer stakeholders and partners
• Designing and implementing new processes to delight Finance customers at scale.
• Implement and manage a Product/Program Management framework that ensures completeness of requirements and communication with stakeholders through scalable mechanisms such as business reviews, news flashes, dashboards.
