Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager-Technical for WW Ops Finance Standardization & Automation. You will own Hydra products, shape vision, roadmaps, and partner with Product Managers, Finance, Engineering, and TPMs to drive data ecosystem initiatives and strategic outcomes.

You will lead a team toward scalable processes, data-driven decisions, and impactful delivery, while navigating ambiguity and building a north-star for S&A analytics and automation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Responsabilidades

• Own one or more products in Hydra ecosystem.
• Create and manage the roadmap, prioritization frameworks, entitlement and success metrics.
• Recruit customers to be part of advisors, share roadmap with customer stakeholders and partners.
• Designing and implementing new processes to delight Finance customers at scale.
• Implement and manage a Product/Program Management framework that ensures completeness of requirements and communication with stakeholders through scalable mechanisms such as business reviews, news flashes, dashboards.
