Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of the HRP WebUI, a modernization effort replacing legacy desktop client. You will own the roadmap, requirements, and user experience direction for configuration analysts, claims administrators, and health plan operations users.

Balance healthcare domain expertise with PM fundamentals, working closely with UX and engineering to optimize usability, performance, and migration sequencing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software.
• Direct experience in healthcare claims administration or payer operations preferred.
• Ability to translate legacy workflows into modern web experiences.
• Strong prioritization and stakeholder management across customers, sales, and engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for the HRP WebUI, ensuring parity with legacy desktop while enabling modernization.
• Define detailed requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria for web configurations in partnership with UX and engineering.
• Lead discovery with customers to map legacy processes to modern web experiences.
• Develop migration strategy and sequencing to move customers with minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers on interaction design and accessibility; work with engineering across sprint cycles.
• Define success metrics and use data to guide prioritization decisions.
• Serve as SME for sales, implementation, and customer success teams.
• Communicate roadmap and release timing to stakeholders across the organization.
• Support user acceptance testing, pilots, and phased rollouts.
