WEX Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for the Unified Platform (Health & Benefits) to architect and drive a single, API-first ecosystem. You will own the roadmap delivery by collaborating across business units to create a simple, proactive customer experience, with data-driven metrics guiding decisions and AI-enabled efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of product management experience owning enterprise-grade platform products (Health & Benefits preferred).
• APIs and Micro-Frontend (MFE) architecture fluency for modular web apps.
• Ability to distill high-level goals into actionable roadmaps amid ambiguity.
• Systems-thinking mindset balancing micro workflows with platform architecture.
• Data modeling and single-source-of-truth architectures across systems.
• Strong influence and governance with stakeholders to drive consensus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Unification Strategy: drive transition from siloed tools into a single ecosystem.
• Establish Data-Driven Foundations: identify metrics and instrumentation to inform roadmaps.
• Synthesize Feedback into Action: validate hypotheses with interviews and analytics.
• Drive Prioritization: develop a POV on product direction and align leadership.
• Orchestrate API and MFE Strategy: collaborate with engineering for modular experiences.
• Standardize Core Logic: define common logic like eligibility, enrollment, and identity.
• Multi-Squad Delivery: manage 1–3 scrum teams balancing greenfield and migrations.
• Bridge Stakeholder Gaps: align business, UX, and engineering on the unified vision.
• Leverage AI for Efficiency: accelerate discovery and prototyping of features.
• Identify Common Denominators: consolidate duplicated efforts into shared services.
