Job summary

Helm Health Corporation is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the Configuration Engine and Admin Dashboard. You’ll define product strategy, write PRDs, and lead discovery with stakeholders across Implementation, Client Delivery, Ops, and clients to ensure safe, scalable configuration that powers pricing, adjudication, and member shopping.

This fully remote role is a senior slot in Helm’s product organization, shaping how we spec high-stakes changes, manage blast radius, and validate setups

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in product management, with at least 2+ years on B2B platforms, admin/config tools, or complex workflow products.
• Comfort with systems with many interdependent entities and the ability to reason about changes cascading downstream.
• Track record of shipping configuration UIs used by non-engineers in production, ideally with validation, environments, audit logs, or staged rollout.
• Strong written specs and the ability to collaborate with engineering on data-model and edge-case design.
• Healthcare, benefits, insurance, or claims experience is a strong plus, but owning a similarly complex system counts.
• Bonus: role-based access, multi-tenant SaaS, or reporting/BI surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap, prioritization, and outcomes for Configuration and Admin.
• Write PRDs and specs engineers respect and QA can turn into an acceptance suite, including edge cases.
• Run discovery with Implementation, Client Success, Ops, and client stakeholders.
• Define success metrics: time-to-configure, configuration error rate, downstream rework, and self-serve adoption.
• Ship iteratively: start with high-friction paths, harden permissions and audit, then expand reporting.
