Flexzo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, development, and execution for our healthcare scheduling platform. You will partner with leadership, engineering, design, and healthcare stakeholders to translate challenges into intuitive software solutions.

The role requires experience in healthcare technology and product leadership, with hands-on ownership from discovery to launch and ongoing improvement. Collaboration and measurable impact are core expectations.

Formación

• Bachelors in Business, CS, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least five years of product management experience.
• Background in healthcare technology, healthcare SaaS, or healthcare software.
• Experience with workforce management, healthcare scheduling, staffing platforms, or resource management software.
• Familiarity with Agile, roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and product requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
• Lead development from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Translate objectives and feedback into clear requirements and user stories.
• Design scheduling capabilities addressing coverage, credentials, and conflicts.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership; evaluate integrations.
• Establish success metrics and monitor adoption and satisfaction.
