You will partner with business, technology, and design teams to align priorities, solve complex problems, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a hybrid setup.

The role requires stakeholder management, strong communication, and a product mindset to turn complex needs into practical, human-centered solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of relevant product management experience, including examples of products or capabilities you helped bring to market.
• Experience delivering business value through lean product management, customer discovery, or human-centered design practices.
• Significant experience managing stakeholders across multiple business and technology organizations, including aligning priorities, influencing decisions, and maintaining clear communication.
• Ability to translate customer, business, and technical needs into clear product direction.
• Familiarity with modern software delivery practices, including SDLC, lean product management, balanced teams, agile methodologies, or extreme programming concepts.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work a fixed 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday schedule in Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Guide in-flight products to improve the customer journey and create meaningful healthcare experiences.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and design stakeholders to align priorities, solve complex problems, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Write complete user stories with acceptance criteria and take responsibility for acceptance testing to ensure delivered capabilities meet business and user needs.
