Job summary

Humana Inc. in a remote capacity seeks a Solution Manager to define, design, and deliver end-to-end business and technology solutions that meet customer, operational, and strategic objectives.

You will lead solution strategy, gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and drive delivery with product, engineering, and operations teams while measuring impact with KPIs.

Travel may be occasional; healthcare/consulting experience is valued for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution management, product management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and translate them into scalable solution concepts.
• Develop solution roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy and objectives.
• Gather and document business, operational, and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define solution scope and success criteria.
• Partner with Product Managers, Project Managers, Engineering, and Operations teams to implement solutions.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance of delivered solutions.
