Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Product Manager to guide in-flight products that enhance the customer journey and deliver meaningful healthcare experiences. You will collaborate with business, technology, and design stakeholders to align priorities and solve complex problems.

You will write complete user stories with acceptance criteria, manage stakeholders across organizations, and drive value through human-centered design and lean practices in a cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Experience with lean product management, customer discovery, or human-centered design.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple orgs and clear communication.
• Ability to translate customer, business, and technical needs into clear product direction.
• Familiarity with modern software delivery practices (SDLC, lean product management, agile).
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Available to work 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET schedule.
