Job summary

You will lead solution development from concept to deployment, manage requirements, business cases, and execution planning while balancing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution management, product management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and translate them into scalable solution concepts.
• Develop solution roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy and objectives.
• Gather and document requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define scope and success criteria.
• Partner with Product Managers, Project Managers, Engineering, and Operations teams to implement solutions.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance post-implementation.
