Fuze Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define, shape, and deliver high-impact initiatives advancing patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth within the Product Management family.

The role represents the highest level of product craftsmanship and influence without people management, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Business leaders to solve complex problems at scale.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in Product Management with cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with healthcare/pharmacy/enterprise platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Operate with autonomy, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data and Business leaders.
• Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation.
• Drive alignment with senior stakeholders using data and product judgment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs and iterate based on insights.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints in healthcare environments.
