Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, delivery, and oversight of a custom-developed product within the OCC portfolio, supporting VHA’s Office of Connected Care. The role emphasizes intake coordination, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration with clinical SMEs and data engineers.

This fully remote position in the United States may require up to 10% travel for quarterly reviews and involves managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years overall experience with 5-8 years in product/program management in healthcare/technical settings.
• Experience supporting shared services or platform environments with intake, triage, and coordination across technical teams.
• 3-5+ years in a data analytics or data-oriented environment.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own intake and triage of shared services demand requests and translate them into actionable work.
• Direct shared services projects through design, implementation, and testing.
• Coordinate across technical teams to schedule tasks, align dependencies, and resolve blockers.
• Define requirements and plan lifecycle deployment with engineering on shared services Architecture.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risk, and status reporting; lead sprint planning and retrospectives.
