Taxo.ai, Inc. is building the intelligence layer that connects clinics to every system they touch. We seek a Founding Engineer for Healthcare Intelligence to design data architectures, implement deep integrations with major EHR/PMS platforms, and build AI-powered pipelines.

You’ll own core data models and event-driven components enabling global workflows. You will ship across HL7/FHIR/X12 standards, ensure HIPAA‑compliant security, and scale integrations for US, UK, and international clinics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production software with impact in fast‑growing environments.
• Experience integrating with EHR/PMS systems and healthcare data standards.
• Ability to design data architectures and scalable integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship deep, bidirectional integrations with major EHR/PMS platforms.
• Build AI-powered pipelines to ingest, classify, and act on non-voice communications.
• Parse and automate CPT/ICD-10 workflows and prior authorizations.
• Own core data models, storage, and event-driven systems for the platform.
• Work with HL7, FHIR, X12, CCD/CCDA to ensure interoperability.
