Job summary

You will lead research, develop business cases, and shape product strategy while working closely with engineering, design, and data science teams.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, risk management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a high-growth environment with exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of technology product management experience.
• Experience with Agile development processes.
• Experience with Lean Innovation.
• Health software or data analytics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive product strategy with market insights across Life Sciences, Financial, and consulting segments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch innovative solutions; manage backlog and user stories.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify unmet needs and market opportunities.
• Translate insights into viable product concepts, wireframes, and prototypes for user testing.
• Prioritize and execute an innovation roadmap; serve as product owner.
• Lead customer interviews, focus groups, and strategic discussions to validate concepts.
