• 5+ years of hands-on product management experience for self-serve or product-led B2B products.
• Experience owning a conversion or revenue metric and moving metrics in acquisition, activation, expansion, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own Product-Led Growth: craft and execute experimentation-driven onboarding, activation, retention loops, and monetization strategies.
• Build AI-powered experiences: collaborate to apply LLMs, predictive logic, and smart automation to reduce friction and accelerate value.
• Grow every account: drive cross-sell and adoption across hotels, flights, cars, and groups, including Direct Bill, FlexPro, and Rewards.
• Connect product and sales: spot high-intent moments and route to the right sales or account team.
• Lead experimentation at scale: design and run A/B tests and translate results into action with data teams.
• Align and influence: translate complex ideas into clear plans and rally stakeholders.
