GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Product Manager for GridBeats Device Management (DvM), responsible for strategy, discovery, and delivery of software that manages grid IEDs. You willwork directly with customers and cross-functional teams to solve real problems and drive measurable outcomes, guiding licensing and deployment decisions across on-prem, cloud, and SaaS models.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in product management, including 3+ years leading industrial or enterprise B2B software products.
• Experience building modern software products using containers and microservices architectures, supporting multiple deployment models (on-premise, cloud, SaaS).
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making—defining metrics, running analyses, and navigating ambiguity to develop and communicate product strategy.
• Hands-on experience with modern product innovation methodologies — Product Discovery, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, or similar.
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools to accelerate core PM workflows (e.g. discovery synthesis, PRD drafting, competitive analysis).
• Familiarity with Agile and other NPI methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed, cross-functional teams; willingness to travel as required.
