GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead GridOS Field product strategy, roadmap, and delivery. You will own workflows, collaborate with engineering, design, and UX, and ensure a unified experience across GridOS Field.

You will work closely with customers in the utility sector, apply AI to optimize field processes, and drive outcomes that improve data quality and operational efficiency. This role is fully remote with occasional travel to customer sites and GE Vernova offices.

Qualifikationen

• PM experience with complex enterprise software in regulated industries (utilities, energy, telecom).
• Knowledge of utility field operations, outage restoration, or ADMS/DMS/OMS workflows.
• Track record of running multiple programs with data-driven decisions.
• Comfort with AI tools in product workflows.
• Strong writing and communication skills; translate customer conversations into clear requirements.
• Commercial judgment linking product decisions to revenue, costs, or outcomes.
• Lean and Agile mindset with ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Aufgaben

• Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for GridOS Field product and workflows.
• Prioritize roadmaps based on customer needs, tech changes, regulatory drivers, and business impact.
• Work with customers (damaged assessors, field supervisors, control room staff) to validate problems.
• Collaborate with peer PMs managing GridOS Field lifecycle.
• Drive delivery with engineering, design, and UX to ship high-quality releases on cadence.
• Utilize requirements management tools to shape strategy and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with UX PMs to keep a unified GridOS Field experience.
• Apply AI to speed up damage triage, image capture workflows, and data quality checks.
• Support sales with customer calls and positioning materials.
• Guide customers from legacy tools to the modern GridOS Field platform.
