Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a golf technology software platform in the United States. You will own the product strategy and execution, partner with Engineering and Commercial teams, and translate market insights into a clear product direction.

The role requires 5+ years in PM within B2B/B2B2C software, 2+ years in senior PM or lead roles, and a strong ability to balance customer needs with technical and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Golf industry knowledge for golf technology ecosystem including launch monitors, simulators, analytics and digital platforms.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B or B2B2C software environments; 2+ years at Senior PM/Lead level; ability to define strategy from customer insights, market research and business data.
• Experience translating customer problems into clear product requirements for Engineering; strong backlog management and sprint prioritization; ability to balance Commercial and Engineering priorities.

Responsabilités

• Own the product roadmap for golf technology software products with alignment to customer needs and business goals.
• Serve as bridge between customers, commercial teams, and engineering; translate insights into clear product direction.
• Conduct customer discovery, competitive analysis, and market research to identify opportunities and define priorities.
• Transform feedback into clearly defined requirements and PRDs; work with Engineering to deliver from concept to launch.
• Build prototypes and AI-assisted concepts to validate ideas and communicate direction.
• Leverage AI across the product lifecycle to improve research, analysis, docs, requirements and communication.
• Create PRDs and collaborate with Engineering to deliver products end-to-end.
• Manage product backlogs and prioritize work balancing value, objectives and constraints.
• Define and track metrics: adoption, engagement, retention, commercial impact.
• Perform ongoing competitive analysis in golf tech and sports tech ecosystems.
• Partner with Marketing and Business leaders to execute launches and drive continuous improvement.
