Job summary

Rapsodo Studios is seeking a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, Simulation, to own the Studios roadmap and decide which features, courses and game modes ship, while staying close to players and the golf-sim community.

You will collaborate with engineering, design and marketing to turn feedback into releases that boost engagement, run beta programs, and track market trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, 7+ years for Senior PM, ideally on games, simulation, sports tech or consumer software with an engaged user community.
• Track record of owning a roadmap and shipping features that measurably moved engagement or retention.
• Strong instincts for player experience and ability to read community feedback.
• Comfort working with communities and hosting Q&A, forums, and beta programs.
• Data fluency with product analytics and A/B tests; ability to translate feedback into decisions.
• Clear writing to align engineering, design and marketing around decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define success metrics and KPIs for launches and report results.
• Coordinate go-to-market with marketing, sales and support: release notes and messaging.
• Align with launch monitors, PC app, mobile app and cloud platform for a unified Studios experience.
